Hotel Policy

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid photo identification and credit card are required at check-in

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night's stay. No-shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.

Payment Policy

• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation
• Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged
• Incidental charges will be authorized on your credit card upon check-in

Guest Conduct

We expect all guests to:

• Respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• Treat hotel property and facilities with care
• Comply with all hotel policies and local laws
• Not smoke in non-designated areas (violation may result in a cleaning fee)

Pets Policy

Pets are welcome at Hagarlawe Hotel with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay applies. Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas and may not be left unattended in guest rooms.

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. Valet parking services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Modifications to Policy

Hagarlawe Hotel reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
